The school is established and managed by the BNR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST, with Sri Bibhuti Bhusan Patra as the Managing Trustee. Other trustees include Smt. Nirupama Patra, Sri Himanshu Bhusan Patra and Sri Duttahari Patra.

The Trust is dedicated for the promotion of education and related activities such as establishing , promoting and assisting modern educational institutions, supporting poor and meritorious students through scholarships, building hostels, publishing books etc.
With a mission to provide access to quality public school education in rural under developed areas, SRI BIBHUTI BHUSAN PATRA a successful entrepreneur founded the BNNR PUBLIC SCHOOL at Nial,Aul,kendrapada in the year 2011 as a part of his service to the locality.

In a lush green surrounding at the outskirts of Aul, on the Nial – Bhuinpur Road, the sprawling campus of the school covers an area of 2.21 acres demarcating it from the rest of the land by a boundary wall. The school building covers an area of 10,000 sq.ft.+3600 sq.ft.+2400 sq.ft. of RCC structure with all the modern facilities that any educational institution can boast of, currently the school provides education respectively.
