The school is established and managed by the BNR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST with Sri Bibhuti Bhusan Patra as the Settlor –cum- managing Trustee. Other trustees include Smt. Nirupama Patra , Sri Himanshu Bhusan Patra and Sri Duttahari Patra .
The Trust is dedicated for the promotion of education and related activities such as establishing, promoting and assisting modern educational institutions, supporting poor and meritorious students through scholarships, building hostels, publishing books etc.
There is a Advisory Body consisting of educationists and Educational Administrators who formulate policy relating to the running of school. The Advisory Body meets at least once every academic session or as and when necessary to aid and advise the principal. The meetings of the Advisory Body are conducted under the chairmanship of the managing Trustee. The Principal is the e- officio member and the convener of the Advisory Body & SMC.
