The date and the result of interview/ written examination shall be intimated at the time of interview/test. The names of the children who have been selected for admission will be displayed in the school notice board along with the last day for admission.

Admission to the school is not a matter of right. The school reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters relating to admission, the decision of the principal/management is final.

Students offered admission must submit the following documents in original along with Xerox copy of the same at the time of admission.

1. Evidence of date of birth (if not given) or adoption certificate issued by the competent authority for up to std-1

2. Evidence of passing the last class promotion to the present class

3. Original transfer certificate from the previous school , which should be recognized by the appropriate body.

4. Medical record showing the record of vaccination/immunization.

5. Four passport size color photographs

6. Proof of residence of the parents (Ration card/voter’s ID/Aadhar card/Electricity Bill).

7. Need of TC & Report card std-II onwards

AGE   ELIGIBILITY  :

Nursery     :   3 years running – 3+

L KG           :   4 years running – 4+

UKG           :   5 years running – 5+

Class-1      :   6 years running – 6+

REGISTRATION

Parents desirous of admitting their children in the school are required to obtain the prospectus along with the Admission Application form from the school on payment of Rs. 100(Rupees One Hundred Only). The filled form must be submitted in the school by the notified date. A copy of the birth certificate must be attached along with the application form. Students who have attended other schools need to submit a photocopy of the report card of the last year from the previous school.

Our staff members have been instructed to help the parents in filling up the Admission form if approached.

ADMISSION TEST:

UPTO CLASS-II

There will be no admission test for children seeking admission up to class-II (Nursery,LKG,UKG,Class-I & Class-II). If the number of applicants is more that the prescribed number of seats in particular class (maximum 40) the selection will be based on academic readiness and motivation of the child, social and emotional development, family co-operation in meeting the needs of the school and that of the student, ability of the school to serve the need of the child.

CLASS-III & BEYOND:

Children seeking admission in class-III and above may be asked to appear in a written or oral to be intimated later. Written test if held will be held for English & Mathematics. The selection of the candidate for admission will depend on the performance in the oral/written examination and availability of seat in the concerned class.

PAYMENT OF FEES:

Admission will be valid only if the fee is paid in full by the due date along with the submission of required documents . Payment can be made either by cheque, bank draft or money transfer. The school does not encourage cash payment. All payments must be made in the name of BNNR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE TRUST, Monday tuition fees.

If a cheque is not cleared on whatever ground a penalty of Rs. 50 along with bank charges (if any) on account of bounce cheque will be collected from the concern parents.

When the fee due to the school is not cleared within one month from the date of payment, name of the student will be stick off the rolls of the school and the child whose fees have not been paid will be prevented from attending class and taking examinations. Transfer certificate will not be issued unless all outstanding dues to the school are cleared.

Fees payable is subject to change from time to time. Parents will however be informed of any such change. Fee structure for a particular year is notified in the school notice board.

Withdrawl

  1. If a parent wishes to withdraw his/her wars from the school, he/she is required to apply in writing one month in advance, for the same failing which full quarter fee would be payable to the school.
  2. Transfer certificate will not be issued until all dues of the school are settled.
  3. Caution money will have to be claimed within six months of the date of withdrawal of the child from the school. If not claimed in the same academic calendar it shall be credited for development of the school.
